Zezod Shipping Policy

At Zezod, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in the United States, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. Shipping is paid at variable rates on all orders within the USA. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cutoff time: There is no order cutoff time for our store, expect your order to be processed within 1 to 3 business days before being shipped.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 business days.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking information via Shop and the information will be included in 1-3 business days depending on when we receive the order and begin processing. Tracking information doesn't appear until we begin processing the order. We have provided an order tracking page for your convenience, and you will be able to view your orders by logging into your profile, or through the Shop app itself.
