Refund policy
You may cancel your order and receive a refund if you cancel the order prior to it being shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will need to process a return and wait for your item to arrive. We offer refunds for any damaged or defective goods, or goods which do not arrive. We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind on purchases.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method ASAP once we receive your product and process the return or have made a final determination about your order in question otherwise. Refund processing time is 24-48 hrs after processing returns, or is immediate for other situations where a determination is made.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at contact@zezod.com and please provide a brief description of your request including any photos/videos demonstrating the defect or damage to the product if necessary. We will then reply within 24hrs to accept the return.

Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. The return shipping cost equals the actual shipping rate charged by the carrier for the returned package. Please provide us a receipt showing the shipping cost with your return and we will then add the total amount to your refund, so we will be paying for the shipping.
We do not offer exchanges, instead you may use your refund to make another purchase as desired.
Cancellation period= 24-48 hours after placing your order. This provides ample time to see the cancellation and cancel and provide a refund prior to shipping.
Refund method= Original payment method, via debit card.
Damaged goods= We will refund. Send an email to us @ contact@zezod.com with proof of purchase and any relevant photos/videos and we will tell you how to return your product. Once we receive the product you will be given a refund via original payment method ASAP.
Refund processing time= We will process the refund as soon as we receive your returned item and positively identify it as your return. This is why we need your proof of purchase attached to the return package itself. Once we have identified your return, we will immediately process the refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. This time frame depends on how long the return takes to arrive back at our address for processing, but once it arrives expect it to be processed within 1 business day after arrival. For other situations where a determination you are owed a refund has been made, you will receive it within 1 business day.
Restocking Fee= There is no restocking fee
Shipping costs= Dependent on carrier and shipping method used.
