What if my items don't arrive as described?
If that happens then send an email to contact@zezod.com and follow our refund policy. You can find the refund policy on the bottom of the page, or at the menu on the top of the page. We don't let anybody have a bad experience.
How long does shipping take?
1-2 weeks on average
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, if you click our refunds and returns policy page at the top of this page or at the bottom of the page. There are conditions to meet but we are responsive and will make sure anybody with a bad experience can get a full refund.
How do I track my order?
You will be able to go to our order tracking page, you also will receive email updates, and by using the Shop app.
Do you use or keep my information?
Yes, in a limited way for the purposes of tracking information and order fulfillment. Please review our privacy policy located at the bottom and top of the page for more details.
